What are the T&C’s for the One month free rent offer?
  1. One month's rent will be deducted from your second or third rental payment after moving in
  2. New residents that have reserved their apartment after the 15th May 2025 and move-in before 31st July 2025 will be eligible to benefit from this limited offer.
  3. The one month’s free rent will be deducted from your second or third month’s rent, subject to the resident(s) adhering to the terms of the tenancy agreement.
  4. The credit for one month’s free rent is applicable for rent only and does not include additional services.
  5. The one month’s free rent offer is subject to the applicant passing tenant referencing checks, signing a tenancy agreement, moving in the property before 31st July
  6. 2025 and adhering to the tenancy agreement upon taking occupation of the offered apartment.
  7. No cash equivalents or alternative options will be offered.
  8. This offer is not applicable to returning applicants or reservations made before 15th May 2025.
  9. We have the right to refuse this offer to any parties at any time.
  10. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
What pets am I allowed?

Our flats are pet friendly however we do have a few restrictions on what type, sizes and breeds can stay with us. As a general guide, small pets are ok, but medium and large ones may not be. Your rent will be slightly higher with a pet, this is to cover cleaning and general wear and tear.

Is there car parking?

Yes, there are 61 parking spaces onsite in our secure car park which can be rented at a small additional amount.

Do the flats have outdoor space?

All the apartments have balconies and you will also be able to enjoy our residents private garden and the new communal square.

Do you have to pay to use the gym?

No! Our residents only onsite gym is one of our amenities at The Whitmore Collection, so all residents can use the gym at a time that suits them with no extra cost.
